We are delighted to announce that the brand new Croydon Heritage Festival website is now live! There’s plenty to explore in this new vibrant website that will be packed with news and developments as the festival planning progresses.
So, what’s new?
We’ve fully revamped the Croydon Heritage Festival website adding straightforward drop-down navigational functions which allows you to view the various pages with ease. You will now be able to view the site on any device and on the go – desktop, tablet or mobile.
You will also notice the bold, fun colours coming through the site to reflect the vibrant celebrations and activities of the festival as well as incorporating the logo and theme ‘Undiscovered Croydon’ which links to each page.
In with the old
We’ve kept some of the existing features such as: the festival blog covering all aspect of Croydon’s heritage – people, places and events, frequently asked questions and the opportunity to view last year’s film to find out more about Croydon’s heritage from local people.
Watch this space – there is still so much more of the festival to unveil such as competitions, downloads and not least a brand new events calendar.
Coming soon – interactive map
Alongside an improved calendar, a new interactive map will enable you to see all the locations where events are happening across the borough throughout the festival. You will even be able to narrow down your search for specific events and hover over the needle to view further details such as the event timing.
There’s still time to get involved in this year’s festival through our online form. We would like to hear from anyone who would like to get involved to showcase the best our Borough has to offer including hidden facts and best kept secrets of the area to take people on a cultural discovery of our vibrant town. Deadline for submissions is 21 March 2016.
We’re looking for businesses to support this year’s festival to make it even bigger and better than before! Please view our sponsorship opportunities for more information.

We want to tell as many people as we can about this year’s festival, so please do share this blog and our website with anybody you feel would be interested – help us spread the word.
